Responsibilities:

•  Canvas new sales (Preparing quotations for new and existing clients)
•  Provide upskilling, product knowledge and procedures to clients
•  Attend to required administration and queries
•  Achieve set monthly sales targets
•  Submit required monthly / weekly reporting feedback
•  Identify new business opportunities
•  Attend after hours functions as and when required
• · Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• · Recording details and information on the relevant systems
• · Renewals
• · Business Development (Minimum of R20k – R30k per month new business)

Requirements:

• · NQF Level 5 or higher – (Short-term insurance related )
• · Regulatory Examination (Representatives) RE5 successfully completed
• · Minimum 1 years’ short-term insurance experience
• · Good verbal and written communication skills (fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans)
• · Good administration skills
• · Planning and organizing skills
• · Time management skills
• · Highly client-focused with good interpersonal skills
•  Own vehicle
•  Own laptop
•  Target driven
•  Tenacious and self- motivated

 Remuneration Package:

• · Bridging package between R15k and R25k pm for the first three to a maximum of six month’s (depending on goal achieved) + Recurring Commission (attractive comm to be discussed in interview)
•  · No desk fees or any other hidden fees.
•  · We supply you with the full administration function and claims so that the candidate can focus on new business development.
