• Showroom Oversight: Manage the overall operations and visual presentation of the showroom, ensuring a welcoming environment that reflects the brand's identity. Maintain the upkeep of the Belgotex Showroom by ensuring adequate sales – related equipment, material and samples are available.
• Switchboard management: Efficiently handle switchboard operations, directing incoming calls to the appropriate departments and ensuring clear communication within the organization.
• Sales assistance: Provide support to the Sales team through managing the boardroom bookings, pool vehicles, day to day courier services and administrative duties. Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional material.
• Client engagement: Meet, greet, and host Customers and Professionals at the Belgotex Showroom. Consult and advise walk-in customers and guide walk-in customers to relevant inside sales consultant
• Training Coordination and Administration: Support the technical team and The Go Group with arranging and welcoming learners for training or workshops held in the showroom training centre.

Requirements

• Grade 12/ Matric.
• At least 1 year’s administration experience
• Must have good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must have strong planning and organizing skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office applications
