Job Description    

• Health, Safety and Environment
• Staff – maintenance of records – training and development, clock-in system
• Finance
• Administration of Creditors
• Assist Branch Manager with monthly cost pack
• Green sheets
• Cash sales reconciliations
• Operations
• Accurate record keeping
• Stock ordering
• HSE and Effective cost control
• Manage and report deviations from system and procedure
• Risk Management
• Collection of accurate information and timeous reporting
• Stock Reconciliations to the greensheets
• Administration and reconciling of incoming material.
• Monitoring Diesel issues
• Cartage contractor payments
• Administration of petty cash
• Maintaining preferred supplier lists and BBEE status

Qualifications & Experience    

• Matric with mathematics or equivalent
• National diploma in Accounting or equivalent will be advantageous
• A minimum of 3 years relevant administrative experience within a manufacturing environment
