    Site Administrator

    Minimum Requirements

    • South African Citizen;
    • Grade 12 and OR relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
    • Minimum of 2-3 years site administration Experience in a similar working environment and related duties. (Previous parking knowledge preferred)

    • Accurate and efficient pay station collections and banking.

    • Limited management intervention required. Accountability

    • Any other duties as assigned by your Line Manager, as training and experience allows.
    • Participation and engagement in training programs when requested.
    • Awareness and adherence to Group Company Policies and Procedures.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Parking related responsibilities.
    • Assigned administrative duties and associated internal and external relationship management support under the direction from site management, while complying with company and departmental processes and procedures.
    • Excellent communication with and between colleagues, internal departments, and external parties (tenants, service providers), providing effective, proactive assistance and support as needed.
    • Proactive administration to ensure pay stations and parking equipment are well maintained, clean and secure according to property management requirements.
    • Efficient and willing execution of the Receptionist duties when required.
    • The timeous, efficient undertaking of the following duties
    • Collection of parking income from the pay station/s every day,
    • Collection and compiling of the parking report from the automated system and preparation (ensuring accuracy) and submission of the parking reconciliation reports by the due dates.
