• You’re an experienced Quality Manager with a keen eye for detail, ready to take the lead in managing quality assurance on large-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage projects. With over five years of experience in renewable energy, you’re proactive, analytical, and meticulous.
• You work well with diverse teams, communicate effectively, and take pride in ensuring high standards are met throughout project lifecycles.
• Your ISO 9001 and auditing certifications, paired with your solid industry background, make you the ideal fit for this role.

What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

• As the Site Construction Quality Manager, you’ll ensure that all project specifications, designs, and quality standards are rigorously implemented and maintained.
• You’ll regularly inspect and test project components to ensure compliance and oversee contractors to ensure their operations meet the necessary standards.
• You’ll also be responsible for developing and maintaining the Project Quality Plan, reviewing documentation, and addressing any non-conformities or quality issues that arise. Conducting audits, tracking supplier performance, and providing monthly reports will keep you engaged in ensuring seamless project execution.

What you’ll need

• You’ll need a strong background in quality management, including ISO 9001 and Six Sigma certifications.
• Experience as a Quality Manager on renewable energy projects is a must, with a deep understanding of project execution in this sector.
• You should be a proactive team player, detail-oriented, and fluent in English, with excellent communication and report-writing skills. Being well-versed in MS Office, SharePoint, and ThinkProjects is also essential.
