We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage a construction site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the construction process, including managing subcontractors, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and maintaining quality control.
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
Manage and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and other construction personnel
Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Monitor and enforce safety regulations on the construction site
Maintain daily communication with the project team to ensure project progress
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the construction site
Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
Prepare and submit progress reports to project stakeholders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
Qualifications:
Matric/Diploma
Minimum 5 years of experience in management
Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
