Job Description

• Fidelity Security Services is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and professional Site Security Manager to oversee security operations at Silverstar Casino.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum age of 30 years.
• Grade A PSIRA registration.
• Valid South African driver's licence.
• Own reliable transport (essential).
• Willing and able to respond to site after hours in the event of any security-related incident or emergency.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Security Management role.
• Proven experience managing security personnel, operations, and client relationships.
• Strong investigation skills with the ability to conduct professional investigations and compile comprehensive investigation reports.
• Excellent report writing and administrative skills.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and manage high-risk incidents professionally.

Advantageous

• Previous gaming/casino security experience.
• Valid Gaming Licence (not compulsory but will be highly advantageous).
• Experience working within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all security operations on site.
• Lead, supervise, and develop security personnel.
• Conduct investigations into incidents and submit professional reports.
• Maintain a high standard of client service and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and gaming regulations.
• Liaise with casino management, law enforcement, and other stakeholders where required.
• Drive continuous improvement in security standards and operational performance.
