Skills Development Facilitator: Community Learning & Skills Training X01 at OR Tambo District Municipality

• Annual Basic Salary: (R 478 345.39 – R 620 914.19) excluding benefits
• Reports to Manager Organisational Development, Learning and Skills Training

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• B Degree in Public administration or equivalent
• Code B Driving License Code B Driving License
• 03 years’ relevant experience in local government Skills Development environment.
• Registration with relevant professional body will be an added advantage
• Certificate in computer literacy

Key Performance Areas:

• Monitors the key Performance Indicators and performance outcomes of personnel within the sub-section.
• Controls the section’s financial and asset management.
• Monitors administrative and reporting requirements associated with the functionality of the section.
• Coordinates the section’s stakeholder management and communication processes
