Purpose of the job

• To initiate, drive and implement skills development for all employees of the company, in accordance with the agreed Skills Development and BEE plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of Skills Development programmes
• End to end Programme  Management 
• Relationship Management
• Ad hoc responsibilities

Requirements

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS 

• Relevant diploma or degree in HR (Training and Development) (Essential)
• At least two years’ experience in a Skills Development environment 
• Knowledge of  Skills Development Facilitation (Advantage)
• Sound knowledge of W&R SETA funding processes
• At least two years experience in the delivery of accredited skills development programmes (i.e. learnerships; internships; skills programmes)
• Ability to travel within South Africa
• Ability to attend external Skills Development engagements independently 
• Computer Literacy: MS Office and/or Google Suite
• Strong administrative skills
• Numerical literacy
• Code 8 Drivers License
