Snr Debt Recovery Specialist at Hire Resolve

Responsibilities:

• Ensure effectiveness in operations
• Achieve debt collection targets
• Expert Knowledge of operating system
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage legal files
• Support Credit insurance processes
• Employee engagement, incorporating company values

Requirements:

• Three to five years’ experience in debt collection or credit control.
• Two to Three years’ experience with Credit Insurance.
• Must have a basic knowledge of Business rescue and liquidation process and timelines.
• Must be able to interoperate fundamentals in a BR or Liquidation report and attend
  meetings.
• Must have basic understanding of AFS.
• Experience in a Legal firm will be an advantage.
• NQF qualification / diploma or degree will be an advantage.
• Understand basic accounting principles and annual financial statements.
• Attention to Detail.
• Computer skills.
• 10 years’ experience at practicing kindness, compassion, empathy and patience.
