Executing and delivering assigned HR Learning and Development services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s), handling complex/escalated tasks, supporting and coaching others in the team with defined tasks
Delivering HR service L&D support to HR community, managers and employees, showing a customer service mindset and proactive way of working to service customers with a “can do attitude”, consulting and communicating information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers as needed
Recommending enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers, leading some process improvement activities and participating in various quality control and audit activities
Recording employee enquiries in AskHR tool, performing data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Services, maintaining a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems, providing on-demand reports related to the process where required
Preparing information and documents for external authorities, developing the skills development strategy to ensure ABB achieve maximum points and contributing towards maintaining BBBEE level as a license to operate
Developing and presenting plan for young talent hiring to top management and HRBP’s approval, involved in recruiting of young talent and monitor performance assessment for graduates
Engaging with external stakeholders: SETA grants, SARS rebates and Department of Labor for EAP targets, executing administration of bursaries and training, liaising with supply chain department for sourcing, registration and management of training vendors
Your background
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
Minimum 5 years experience in advanced MS Excel, data analytics & skills development.
Presentation proficiency, budgeting and financial planning experience
Young talent planning, reporting, data management background
