    SHERQ Administrator - Pretoria

    Your responsibilities will include:

    SHE Management

    • Implementing and maintaining the SHE management system within the business unit,
    • Ensuring that SHE files are up to date and information is accurate,

    • Displaying related Wellness, 5S and SHE information for the blue area.

    5S Management

    • Implementing and maintaining the 5S SOP,
    • Ensuring that the 5S files are up to date and information is accurate,
    • Assist with creating and implementing 5S standards,
    • Coordinate the business unit 5S zone layout,
    • Update and maintain the business unit 5S standards,
    • Update and maintain the 5S standards register,
    • Coordinate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual 5S audits as per audit plan,
    • Coordinate red tag events within the business unit,

    Order Fulfillment Team Leader - Cape Town

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • The OF Team Lead will manage a team (upwards of 8 people) to coordinate and facilitate the last mile leg of the deliveries to ensure that customers receive their orders on time and in full.
    • The Team lead will be expected to produce and analyse daily and weekly performance (periodic review of team’s KPIs) in order to analyse the network’s and his/her team’s performance - driving and sustaining world class operations as well as continuous improvement.
    • The individual in this role will be expected to manage operational exceptions (anything that prevents deliveries from happening) and will thus be involved in emergency and urgent work requests.
    • Create, maintain, and improve cross functional interdepartmental relationships.
    • The Team Lead should be able to manage escalations from - and refer operational issues to ALL relevant stakeholders in a timeous and effective manner in order to resolve it efficiently and effectively.
    • Ensure continuous improvement through constantly reviewing current processes – ensuring that it is optimized.
    • Ensure continuous improvement through recommending changes based on analyses and compliance management (this will assist to manage customer expectations)
    • Run and co-ordinate meetings to review daily feedback and manage daily progress and/or failures.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Ensuring customer order dates are met through rigorous management of our supplier delivery times and order fulfilment
    • Ensuring customers are updated on late delivery timeously

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Day to Day administration of Oracle WMS – user maintenance, user access, user profiles and location maintenance, level 1 support to DC operations, troubleshooting of integration issues with ERP

    Social Media Manager - Cape Town

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Social strategy: Implement a social media content strategy that supports Takealot.com’s Marketing objectives in collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager and  Performance Marketing team. 
    • Content creation & curation: Planning and publishing of monthly social media content calendar using Hootsuite across key channels (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube & LinkedIn currently); Writing engaging copy for use on relevant social media platforms; Creating content in different formats for relevant social media platforms - with design support from Studio & agency partners where needed.
    • Reporting: Supporting on social analytics and campaign/channel reporting, aligned with Marketing goals and reporting back to the team to inform social strategic direction; Building reporting frameworks to evaluate return on investment on the various platforms
    • Conversocial: Liaising with Customer Services to ensure Social Customer Service (CS) SLA levels and brand tone are achieved consistently through regular dipstick sessions; communicating all marketing activity to CS to prepare them for high volumes. Liaising with the Conversocial tech team to set up campaigns auto-tag & archive rules.
    • Community management: Engaging (proactively & reactively) with customers through the use of social media (natively & via management tools Conversocial, Brand Watch & Meltwater); resolving escalated customer service issues and/or create positive PR and brand building opportunities, including some out-of-hours work to support CS team; Managing and monitoring social media for customer comments both positive and negative and feedback to the relevant teams

    Digital Campaign Specialist - Cape Town

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Ensure effective campaign planning and execution, against set targets and budgets, with a clear focus on incremental sales (cross-sell and up-sell opportunities) and improving advertising performance.
