Snr Manager: Operations MVRA: EMPD23400 at City of Ekurhuleni

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant B-degree / NQF Level 7 or Equivalent
• 5 Years Experience in Licensing environment
• Years Experience in Licensing and Relevant Post Graduate Degree or Equivalent will serve as an Advantage

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and control registration and licensing operations in the division to promote customer care and public service delivery.
• Manage functional MVRA centre of the division that is accountable for the delivery of set objectives within specified time frame and costs.
• Develop and implement an operational strategy for the business area in alignment with the divisional objectives.
• Provide feedback on governance, risk and compliance practices & escalate unresolved issues via appropriate channels for investigation and resolution.
• Prepare the monthly and annual budget and financial reports in accordance with statutory and council presentation requirements.
• Create a culture, which builds rewarding relationships, facilitate service feedback and allows others to provide exceptional customer service.
• Build and sustain relationships with decision makers and interest groups manage teams within the context of defined process, identify required performance parameters and clarify roles to achieve operational goals.
• Oversee the human resources functions of the division and assist Managers to ensure compliance to policies as per Council resolve.
