Snr Stores Operator: Service Centres: FINA19459 at City of Ekurhuleni

Minimum Requirements:

• Advanced National Certificate in Finance or relevant equivalent NQF Level 5 qualification
• 5 years' experience in a supply chain environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects relating to the preparation of payment vouchers to enable the central creditors office to pay creditors
• Perform operational processes to ensure all payments are done effectively and timeously in accordance with the Council Procurement Policy
• Apply governance and risk management to reduce the risk of losses
• Apply financial processes to comply with the MFMA
• Maintain customer service orientation to ensure a performance driven section and contribute to overall Departmental objectives
