We are looking for a Social Media Account Director, The role is hybrid between Account and Project Management within a dedicated social media content studio that specializes primarily in creating a variety of content for Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, Twitter, and more.
The purpose of this role is to drive, manage and implement the Clients social media strategy and ensure the output of top quality social media content.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Oversees all activities related to social media services, with an emphasis on content creation.
Prioritize and manage clients expectations.
Planning and oversight of Social Campaigns, including Display, Video, Social etc.
Lead effective and efficient cross-functional interaction within the agency to deliver on client requirements
Ensure the strategic and creative excellence of team outputs in response to client briefs.
Ensure that unplanned / proactive content is proposed regularly.
Manage and implement the Social Media strategy and content calendar.
Maximise team output and efficiencies through co-ordinating team workflow, with responsibility for all team work in progress.
Effectively delegate to team members and manage team workload.
Act as an expert on all areas of social media management, advertising, trends, and updates.
Leads daily and weekly team meetings geared toward improving social media/advertising tactics and processes utilized by the digital marketing team.
Manage team projects and ensures they are completed on time and on budget.
Ensure client satisfaction and quality standards are met with all team projects.
Maintain current knowledge of online marketing opportunities and trends, web analytics, and optimization techniques, particularly in the realm of social media marketing through Tik Tok and Instagram Reels, to ensure social activities are aligned with consumer engagement
