    Senior Payroll Officer

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Ensure the accuracy of payroll preparation and processing
    • Apply for tax numbers for new employees

    Director Design and Creative

    • For this role, we are looking for a Director of Design and Creative. Must have 7+ years experience, and at least 3 managing a team.
    • The successful candidate should be a broadly capable project and people manager; they should have excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude when it comes to managing work in the system and supporting the broader Ogilvy PR team.
    • This person needs to be a reliable leader, but also have the requisite technical skills and ability to develop excellent creative design work and to be able to guide and grow the team in this area. Experience and an understanding of below and through the line are essential to this role.
    • The incumbent will be working on all sorts of projects in a highly pressurised environment and should be able to handle and manage medium to large campaigns. Their thinking should include big, multi-media ideas.

    Product Manager

    • The Product Manager will be an extension of the client team (a leading car manufacturer) and will be required to be based in the client’s office for a portion of the week (COVID office regulations dependant).

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Create and maintain different work processes for all websites (PHP & Content). Guidance from product owner.

    SEO Strategist

    • The best candidate will be an all-rounder with the ability to combine technical, on page and off-site elements together to the best possible effect.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Plan, develop and implement effective SEO strategies specific to client business objectives, from start to finish comprising of technical, on page and off-site organic elements

    Revenue Accountant

    Primary Function

    • Prepare Client Revenue Rolling Forecasts
    • Breakdown and analyse revenue by client, business unit and revenue stream
    • Review of monthly revenue adjustments and revenue recognition based on completed timesheets

    Creative Group Head – Senior Conceptual Copywriter

    • The Concept Creative for this role must can have a Copywriting background but should have a strong grasp of Art Direction and should be willing to learn & upskill where needed. Concept Creatives are client facing, conceptual thinkers who are able to work alone and in collaboration with other conceptual creatives & creative specialists. They have sufficient communication skills to visualise and sell creative ideas.  When it comes to their thinking, they are channel and brand agnostic. We consider Concept Creatives to be able to think through the funnel, from big attention-grabbing platform ideas to functional bottom of the funnel conversion ideas.

    Copy skills required:

    • Strong Retail TV and radio script writing capabilities, experience in directing voice over artists and sound engineers, good ear for music and background tracks and ability to write retail headlines and copy.     • Under the supervision of a Creative Director, you will be responsible for the concept and ideation of campaign ideas.
    • You will be expected to mock-up ideas, and create internal and external presentations to sell in ideas to clients

    Business Partner

    • We're seeking a seasoned Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing exceptional client support with a focus on driving growth within existing accounts and making strategically sound recommendations that align with the client's business objectives.
    • Reporting into the Head of Account Management, the Business Partner will lead the day-to-day operational and communication needs for existing accounts across a wide array of different verticals, encompassing both performance and brand-building accounts.

    For this role we are looking for a Business Partner. Must have 15+ years' experience within Advertising, Communication, Business or related field. 8+ years of agency advertising experience.

    Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

    Production Accounts Clerk

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Capture supplier invoices that relate to Items to be billed, ensuring that it balances every month end.
    • Billing of all client invoices & credit notes daily across all business units.
    • Maintain a minimal WIP throughout the month.
    • Approve all PQs on a daily basis across all business units.
    • Extensive recons of jobs on daily basis close as many jobs before month end.
    • Arrange, prepare and host monthly WIP meeting for every client include CS and possibly the production department.
    • Maintain all Fee/Retainer jobs.
    • Balance WIP every Monday and action the Final month end recon.
    • Monitor Morse system on a weekly basis, ensuring all the entries have exported. Liaise with relevant department on errors if needed.
    • Train and assist all Ogilvy departments Workbook system (Finance related functionalities).
    • Assist CS or action any month end adjustments needed by the Financial Controller.
    • Capture approved expense claims on WB.
    • Pull reports of timesheets for any client.
    • Open & manage the house jobs when necessary increase/decrease budgets requested by the FMs.
    • Distribute any client POs to the relevant CS person.
    • General electronic filing, ensuring all documents are names and attached correctly.
    • Audit requests: collating information for various audits (Internal & External audits).

    Requirements

    • 3 -5 years working experience in the Finance department.
    • Deadline driven: ability to work in a fast pace working environment.
    • General knowledge / experience of the Debtors/Creditors department.
    • Extensive knowledge and experience in job reconciliation, WIP and revenue etc.
    • Advantage: Advertising industry background.
