Requirements
A university degree

• Any degree really. We need your proven analytical skills here with the ability to work in high stakes (we’re working with other people’s money here!) and highly complex environments. The stuff we do has a material impact on the world and also therefore is high reward, but that also means it comes with high risk. You can’t always just learn it on the job. We need to know that you know what you’re doing.

Be strong with Java

• Our backend systems are built on this. They are high performance systems that really require you to know what you’re doing in Java.
• 0 to 2 years experience in software development
• Anyone can write code. However it takes a bit of experience to write code that balances elegance, maintainability, efficiency and quality.
