We are looking for an experienced Developer Manager to lead and mentor a team of software engineers, drive technical excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. The ideal candidate is a skilled engineer and a strong leader who can balance technical vision with execution.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software developers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
Provide hands-on technical guidance and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement in software development processes, tools, and technologies.
Identify and mitigate technical risks while ensuring timely project delivery.
Manage team performance, conduct regular one-on-ones, and support professional growth.
Experience & Requirements:
13+ years of software development experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong expertise in programming languages e.g. Java, Javascript, Python, .net
Experience leading and managing development teams in agile environments.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Proven track record of successfully delivering scalable and high-quality software products.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
