    Solar Sales Specialist

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research and sales visits to new and existing customers as per the geographical territory assigned by the Sales Manager.
    • Prepare sales offers and quotations with all relevant information and present to the Sales Manager for approval prior to submittal to customers.
    • Maintain and update, all related hard and soft records and filing systems with timely entry of data, such as – but not limited to – all CRM software (ACT and others) as well as all other records in addition to ensuring proper filing of all hard copy records.
    • Discuss and negotiate with customers’ sales-related matters such as but not limited to orders, discounts, delivery and payment terms etc.
    • Ensure accurate communication of all sales related documents by acquiring all needed customer and management documents & signatures, distributing to related departments for processing, and filing adequately for future retrieval to ensure no issues arise due to errors of miscommunication or delays in production and delivery.
    • Submission of all required reports and studies such as daily visits report as per management requests.
    • Ensure proper communication with customers by building good rapport, always available to respond to their inquiries, and showing good-will to constantly understand and support their needs; and hence enhance sales and after-sales support.
    • Prepare sales plans and review with the sales manager for agreement on execution as per the latter’s directions and mutual buy-in.
    • Prepare sales and other reports and studies that may be required by Management for management and sales meetings to identify and plan bridging performance gaps and achieving sales targets.
    • Attend exhibitions related to the company’s field of work by visiting stands and communicating with potential customers to network and market the company's name and image as part of increasing sales plan.
    • Travel on sales business trips to other regional and / or international markets when needed and asked by management.

    Profile

    • At least 2 years sales experience in a similar industry
    • Bachelor's Degree is an advantage
