    Job Description

    • A leading industrial minerals company is looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner with strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, business analytics, and financial reporting.
    • The role focuses on driving the Business Partnering function across the group and providing insights to support strategic decision-making within a production environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Compile and manage budgets and forecasts, providing analysis and insights to support business decisions
    • Continuously improve budgeting and forecasting processes
    • Assess and validate CAPEX feasibility and other project initiatives
