    Solution And Infra Lead

    Our Exciting Opportunity!

     

      We are now looking for a Solution and Infra leads, are you interested? As a Solutions and Infra leads, you accelerate service delivery, efficiency, and performance within and between operations in the Regions, Global Service Centers and Global Competence Hubs to build an environment that supports global efficiency and profitable growth.

    In this role, you will drive the delivery effort to make their work more efficient through adequate delivery tools, processes, ways of working, measurements & important metrics, job roles, competence models. You will support, deployment programs and common structures. You will also identify and execute improvements within the global service delivery organization.

    Additionally, you will secure close partnership within the Regions, Global Service Centers and Global Competence Hubs and Business Units, to upgrade competence and Knowledge Management practices

     

     

     You will

     

    •  Lead and support Service Delivery

    • Deploy and implement Service Delivery Strategy

    • Provide training and drive knowledge transfer

     

    To be successful in the role you must have

     

    • Possess at least 2 years of Service Delivery experience.

    • Advance knowledge of below skills

    • Expertise in Object Oriented Programming, Design and Development

    • Experience in HTML, CSS, Servlet, JSP, JavaScript, Ajax, XML, JQuery

    • Excellent hands on with Struts 2.x, Spring MVC, Hibernate 3.x, Spring3.x, Spring Boot

    • Expertise with virtualization (VMware, Redhat), F5, Middleware (ActiveMQ/Infinispan)

    Additional requirements

     

    • Drive L2+L3 teams in resolving all Infra related issues that occur due to OS, Platform, virtualization, storage, Hypervisor.

    • Maintaining the inventory along with Life cycles.

    • Maintaining the support cycle of all infra components along with licenses.

    • Customer point for any infra related issue, Act as recovery lead for infra related incidents.

    • Interaction with customer directly to explain/understand capacity management and inform them about risks on infrastructure.

    • Manage all H/w Expansions along with project teams for smooth expansion of existing infrastructure.

    • Drive resolution of all bugs/software issues to 3pp vendors for resolution and root causes.

    • Weekly Governances with MTN Group to get the right focus on current Infra risks and drive Capacity Expansions looking at the Network Performance Reports

    • Drive the competence upliftment in L2 & L3 on Infrastructure and CIS platforms

    • Drive L3+L4 teams in resolving all CIS Solution/Technology Stack/Development related issues.

    • Maintaining the Technology Stack Inventory along with Life cycles & licenses.

    • Interaction with customer directly to explain/understand capacity management and inform them about risks on infrastructure.

    • Manage all Software Expansions with a view to the overall Design of the instance keeping in mind H/w components and expanding Traffic base.

    • Encourage resolution of all bugs/software issues to 3pp vendors for resolution and root causes.

    • Weekly Governances with MTN Group to get the right focus on current risks and drive Capacity Expansions looking at the Network Performance Reports

    • Encourage the competence upliftment in L3 & L4 on CIS platforms.

    • Define and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions along with I & V teams (Integration & Verification).

    • Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis

    • Work with the caore team on the list of potential activities and solutions

    • Develop technical presentations and proposals and perform customer presentations. Support deployment of the solution

    • Stay abreast of new technology/technical areas and share information about the solution to enable customer competence build
