Solutions Architect - Cape Town at Optimal Growth Technologies

The purpose of a Solutions Architect is to bridge the gap between business and technology, aligning the organization's objectives with effective technology solutions that enable growth, innovation, and improve operational efficiency.

The Solutions Architect is responsible for analyzing business problems, identifying technology solutions, and recommending the best approach to meet the organization's goals. They assess the current technology landscape, evaluate available options, and design solutions that align with industry best practices and standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance of the Huawei Roadmap in line with key contract terms
• Support Markets to satisfy Supervisory Bodies, making sure All Vendors and Partners are responsible for the majority of the costs associated with any regulatory changes
• NextGen CORE Platform Solution Rollout incl. the Boards RFP expectations
• Infrastructure Auditors across the Markets
• Integration Operational Documentation Authority
• Solutioning at Programme Level as part of the SAFe Framework for both CORE and HUB PI Planning and Execution, to run and grow business
• MTDA and G2DA architecture and governance members
• Technical Authority for Markets remediation works
• Technical review and approval of Operational Supports Change Management Board
• Technical review and approval of hub changes 
• Document management for Hub changes ensuring all supporting design documents are current and published
• HLP Design and implementation support (Tz, Mz)
• Mentoring new resources on network and VPN/Superhighway topics
• Implementation support for all Physical DC installations, cabling, testing, delivery acceptance
• VPN Team/Superhighway design and documentation, including VPNC topics
• HCS and Fintech for LS Network Integrations and IP management (VPN, Cyberark integration, JB Design, etc)
• HLP network integration and network design
• Cyberark network integration for markets and components deployed in the hub
• OIT design participation for Azure AD (hub components)    

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• 5years or more years of Technical experience on networking components in terms of architecture, design, implementation testing
• A Valid Drivers License and own reliable car essential. Able to work under pressure and deadline driven
• A Willingness to learn and to be a team player.
• A keen interest in Strategy and project management with administration skills
• Even tempered and patient nature
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
