Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a full range of hair services, including cutting, styling, colouring, and treatments
• Conduct professional client consultations and provide tailored recommendations
• Maintain high standards of service delivery and hygiene
• Build and retain a loyal client base
• Promote and sell professional haircare products
• Stay up to date with industry trends and techniques

Minimum requirements

• Relevant Hairdressing qualification (certificate or diploma)
• Proven experience working in a salon environments
• Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments
• Ability to perform services in line with industry and brand standards
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Willingness to undergo assessments and continuous training
