South Africa ERP User Access Administrator at Hexagon PPM

Qualifications:

•  A completed, relevant tertiary qualification (degree or diploma)
•  Service delivery certification / training (advantageous)

Responsibilities Include:

•  Performing user permission administration tasks in the ERP system.
•  Ensuring that service levels are maintained and that relevant Principals are satisfied with the Company's service delivery.
•  Maintaining consistent communication with relevant Principals and effectively managing their expectations.
•  Supporting and assisting Principals in the understanding and application of ERP user access configuration.
•  Troubleshooting user permission related issues.
•  Collaborating with team members when additional support is required.

•  Analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify problems and determine corrective actions
•  Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow process
