Responsibilities Include:
• Ensuring that core systems are always available and performing optimally by overseeing the relevant hardware and software infrastructure.
• Automating routine tasks through shell scripting.
• Ensuring that ERP backups are maintained and completed successfully.
• Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting Linux Operating Systems and RedHat cluster services.
• Specifying server requirements, obtaining quotes, racking, installing and maintaining servers when necessary.
Experience & Requirements
• Bash scripting at an expert level
• Python scripting advantageous
• Storage Area Network (SAN) knowledge beneficial
Qualifications:
• Relevant Software Testing Certifications / Degree / Diploma
Responsibilities Include:
• Analyse use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with other team members, including developers.
• Execute all levels of testing (functional, user, integration, regression, domain, stress and scenario testing) depending on the software being tested.
• Detect, submit and test bugs. Maintain documentation of test plans, reports and strategies (where necessary) to ensure the highest quality standards are achieved.
• Analyse test results to advise stakeholders on the current state of the system and potential corrective action. Provide support and documentation
Experience & Requirements
• 3 years of experience as a Software Tester or similar role.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Liaising with Principals and stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Submitting statements. Dealing with queries.
• Investigating claims. Dealing with remittances.
• Reconciling all outstanding debtors accounts.
Experience & Requirements
• No experience is required for this role and it would be ideally suited to a recent graduate.
• The applicant must be able to get to and from the workplace during the work week (via own transport, public transport or similar means).

• Communicate telephonically, use remote tools and/or travel between key sites to provide support, give / receive feedback and identify any issues that - require escalation
• Maintain consistent communication with relevant Principals and effectively manage their expectations
• Ensure that all end users are aware of and able to use the Business's services effectively
• Ensure that end users can access the Business's services at all times, either by resolving incidents or collaborating with and escalating to relevant roles to resolve incidents

• Installation and configuration of: voice, wireless, network security, routing and switching.
• Managing and auditing core network components.
• Designing networks based on principals requirements.
• Maintaining accurate network diagrams and network management software information for all areas of the network.
• Preventing and responding to network security breaches, including daily security log reviews.
• Staying abreast of and ensuring optimal use of current technologies throughout the networking infrastructure.
• Liaising with ISP's and suppliers for network services and equipment.
• Managing and supporting network infrastructure at principals sites.
Experience & Requirements
• Knowledge and experience in voice, wireless and security
• Architecture experience advantageous
• Service Provider experience advantageous
• Fortigate knowledge advantageous
• Juniper knowledge advantageous.
