South African Editorial Lead at Quill Content

Role Summary:

• As Editorial Lead, you will be responsible for upholding Quill's editorial standards for written content on a project across team training, resource maintenance and quality assurance. You will assess quality, make recommendations to improve editorial standards and implement those recommendations. You will lead and motivate your team of writers/translators and editors and act as the final layer of defence against quality issues on delivery of content to the client.

You must have:

• Professional experience translating, copywriting and editing digital content to an exceptionally high standard

Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience creating testing and training materials for translators or writers in your market
• Led a freelance team to produce high-quality content in a fast-paced environment
