The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the spa in accordance with ESPA and hotel brand standards while delivering outstanding five-star guest service. The role ensures all spa facilities, treatment areas, changing rooms, relaxation spaces, and guest amenities are clean, well-stocked, and fully prepared for daily operations.
The position is responsible for opening and closing the spa, replenishing guest supplies and linens, supporting therapists with treatment room preparation, coordinating refreshments, and maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. The Spa Attendant also assists guests with directions, amenities, and general enquiries while providing courteous and attentive service throughout their visit.
In addition, the role monitors the condition of spa facilities and equipment, reports maintenance issues, performs pool water quality testing, ensures compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, and supports the wider spa team as required. The Spa Attendant maintains a professional appearance, demonstrates flexibility in supporting operational needs, and contributes to delivering a seamless luxury spa experience for all guests.
