Specialist Accountant Multi-Franchise at Motus Holdings Limited

Position Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist Accountant to oversee the financial operations of multiple franchise locations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting practices for franchise businesses and a solid understanding of multi-location financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the financial operations of multiple franchise locations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance of each location to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with franchise accounting guidelines and regulations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for each location.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners and provide guidance on financial matters.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial plans for each location.
• Implement and maintain accounting systems and procedures to track expenses, revenues, and profits.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably within the franchise industry.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
