Perform the total spectrum of professional work to research, advise and report on operational performance to optimise organisation effectiveness
Develop strategic capability and leadership to implement a meaningful strategic context that articulates the Department's purpose and vision in support of CoE's vision and direction
Implement operational processes to ensure thorough research external information and ensure sufficient knowledge of related acts, regulations and regulatory frameworks and implement accordingly
Ensure governance and risk management to ensure effective implementation of Council resolutions with regard to risk and that no issues of non-compliance result
Comply with financial processes and exercise due diligence in order to effectively manage costs and minimize expenditure
Practice customer service orientation to provide professional advice and consulting services to customers
