Specialist: Design & Planning REF NR : VAC01008/25 at SITA SOC (Ltd)

Key Responsibility Areas 

• Develop network design as per client request 
• Implement network design in order to ensure technical performance, availability and stability 
• Provide inputs in the Network Architecture and Customer Solutions governance with regards to the implementation of solutions 
• Develop, implement and manage the Design and Planning Organisation to deliver on the business goals of SITA and ensure sustainability in service delivery from technology architecture and design perspective 
• Adhere to performance management policy to ensure optimum performance output to enhance service delivery 
• Responsible for handling queries of team members in relation to ERP (HR, OTL, I expense) 

Qualifications and Experience 

• Minimum: 3 year National Diploma/ Degree in IT related field (Computer Science, Information Technology/Engineering and CCNA – NQF Level 6 
• Experience : 3-5 years experience in the provision of ICT solutions, specifically within Network Architecture and Customer Solutions environment.
