    Specialist: HR Strategist

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement to provide meaningful reports and actionable recommendations.
    • Collaborate with HR leadership and other stakeholders to support the creation and execution of HR strategies
    • Conduct industry research and benchmarking to identify best practices and innovative HR strategies.
    • Assist in managing HR strategic projects, ensuring timely completion and successful implementation. Drive collaboration across project teams to achieve HR project milestones and objectives.
    • Evaluate HR policies and processes to identify areas for enhancement.
    • Support the talent management agenda by providing data insights and analysis into initiatives such as talent acquisition and pipeline development.
    • Assist in the design and administration of employee engagement surveys, and drive the formulation and operationalization of action plans to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
    • Support and drive HR metrics dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators, and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, against the Top Employer benchmarks.
    • Keep abreast with industry trends, market insights and evolving methodologies to ensure that the HR strategy remains relevant and future fit.
    • Collaborate with other departments and teams to gather information, share insights, and support HR-related cross-functional projects.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • NQF 7: 3 year Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
    • OR NQF 4: Grade 12
    • Additional Education -Preferred /Advantage

    Experience

    • 5 year’s relevant experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or Data Science. Proven experience in data analysis, research, or HR analytics is desirable.

    • 7 year’s relevant experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or Data Science. Proven experience in data analysis, research, or HR analytics is desirable
