Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

• Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement to provide meaningful reports and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and other stakeholders to support the creation and execution of HR strategies
• Conduct industry research and benchmarking to identify best practices and innovative HR strategies.
• Assist in managing HR strategic projects, ensuring timely completion and successful implementation. Drive collaboration across project teams to achieve HR project milestones and objectives.
• Evaluate HR policies and processes to identify areas for enhancement.
• Support the talent management agenda by providing data insights and analysis into initiatives such as talent acquisition and pipeline development.
• Assist in the design and administration of employee engagement surveys, and drive the formulation and operationalization of action plans to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Support and drive HR metrics dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators, and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, against the Top Employer benchmarks.
• Keep abreast with industry trends, market insights and evolving methodologies to ensure that the HR strategy remains relevant and future fit.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to gather information, share insights, and support HR-related cross-functional projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• NQF 7: 3 year Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• OR NQF 4: Grade 12
• Additional Education -Preferred /Advantage

Experience

• 5 year’s relevant experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or Data Science. Proven experience in data analysis, research, or HR analytics is desirable.

• 7 year’s relevant experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or Data Science. Proven experience in data analysis, research, or HR analytics is desirable

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

• Provide input in developing the annual budget plan for the business in consultation with key business unit stakeholders and line management, in accordance with BCX guidelines
• Oversee and coordinate the circulation of budget guidelines and templates
• Oversee and consolidate budget submissions received and address queries raised by line management
• Coordinate and consolidate inputs for the preparation of the business unit budget
• Analyse potential over or under spending variances and submit report to supervisor for further action to be taken.
• Review the quality and accuracy of monthly variance report submissions received, prepare reallocation journals for posting to the GL
• Support accounts payable and receivable on management of payment and receipts for effective and efficient working capital management
• Support and ensure the management of fixed assets within business units
• Support business in the management of inventory and proper accounting of inventory to optimal working capital management
• Prepare and analyse financial information and financial statistics for monthly and quarterly financial reporting
• Facilitate and check the preparation and distribution of valid, accurate and complete reports on project spending.
• Compile and submit monthly bank reconciliations and progress reports for project administration.

• 3 years of experience in finance, experience and relevant exposure to the Financial sector and the full accounting function.

• If the highest qualification is grade 12, 5 years of experience in finance, experience and relevant exposure to the Financial sector and the full accounting function.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

• Manage and maintain various management systems and reports as per request from management and clients.
• Review and extract contract information to align with process deliverables and SLA measurements and reporting.  
• Provide risk register reports and routine daily operations reports to various clients.  
• Attend various Operational Team Meetings on various levels to ensure that all possible risks are recorded and minimised as far as possible.
• Compilation of various weekly and monthly reports in line with various SLA’s for the clients.  
• Assist with ad-hoc system administration on various tasks within the dedicated system.
• Undertake root cause analysis and troubleshooting across systems to resolve incidents as and when they occur.

• Function as a subject matter expert on Internet technology, providing high level support, formulating solutions, assisting with the implementation of quality/ productivity systems and compiling and distributing reports 
• Compile technical service descriptions and detailed, accurate costs of implementing technical input for the specification and development for Internet products and services 
• Conduct business analysis and business continuity planning
