What You'll Bring:

• Deep knowledge and 2+ years experience in direct affiliate marketing
• Extensive experience with affiliate management platforms, Impact Radius preferred
• Highly organized, self-starter; comfortable to start and prioritize a variety of projects
• Must have strong account management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in providing insightful performance updates
• Strong reporting and analytic skills

Impact You'll Make:

• Drive orders and website traffic through affiliate program management
• Grow the affiliate channel by actively recruiting and onboarding new partners
• Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs
• Monitor and adjust campaign management to ensure alignment with monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and targets.
• Ensure partners comply with current legal and compliance regulations
• Provide incentives for affiliates to promote TransUnion products
• Analyze affiliate marketing data to suggest and implement channel improvements
