    Specialist Sales Development - Emerging Markets

    Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

    • To ensure ongoing support of EM (Emerging Market) Wholesale according to Global as well as EM best practice standards for realizing profitable market share growth and smooth interaction across all clusters.
    • Coordination function with Global Center of Excellence for Wholesale along with project management and driving key initiatives into market clusters
    • Support Digital Wholesale Solutions with implementation of best-in-class and future-oriented tools, processes, policies and guidance to enable the Sales organization to achieve operational excellence and commercial success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • To support Sales leadership with business updates and presentations, to participate in all internal strategic initiatives.
    • Support the roll-out, execution and consolidating of all Global and Market projects as well as standardizing and complexity reduction by scaling these projects to all regions / clusters.
    • Provide and read statistical and relevant KPI data as consolidated from other teams.
    • Support compliance of cluster teams and consolidation of commercial policies from clusters
    • Support the roll-outs of the Digital Wholesale Tools (mostly Salesforce Solutions supporting the End-2-end Customer Journey from showcasing product, order creation all the way to supporting Customer Inquiries) in Emerging Market with the Global & cluster teams

    and drive process management.

    • For roll-outs to new sales organizations or customer groups provide transparency and insights on current sales and sell-in related processes and market needs to roll-out team (business assessment) as well as onboarding customers to Salesforce Platform

    technically.

    • Support trainings and regular updates of the local Digital Wholesale solutions to internal functions such as customer service and sales.
    • Be the EM SPOC to consolidate, document and prioritize demand for required system / process enhancements and/ or new capabilities directly relating to our Digital Sales Solutions.
    • Perform and manage user acceptance test for roll-outs to new sales organizations and for new features on Digital Wholesale solutions and ensure end-to-end process testing (incl. SAP & Salesforce with Customer Service and local IT support)
    • Maintain local Salesforce backend and ensure master data accuracy.
    • Support Customer Service on technical issues within our Digital Solutions reported by customers, creation of IT tickets to escalate to Global IT operations.
    • Ensure timely season readiness of the sell-in tools in the zone in close collaboration with the marketing, IT and Sales functions (content, master data, sales calendar, assortments, packages).
    • Support the process around regular newsletters too our customers to promote e.g. new features, new releases, sales timelines, new season start dates and activate them to increase platform usage and drive net sales
    • Tasks and project will not be limited to responsibilities listed, could change according to channel demand and manager’s discretion.

    • Market: Sales Channels, Marketing, CTC, IT, Demand Planning, BI and Finance

    Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

    • Understanding of Finance, Customer Service, Sales
    • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
    • High level of attention to detail and quality.
    • Affinity to digital tools and e-processes
    • Proficient IT skills including Microsoft, SAP, Newsletter/ activation tools, Salesforce, HTML
    • Good organisational and analytical skills
    • Independent, proactive thinker
    • Commercially driven

    Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications

    • University degree in business with Sales / Marketing focus
    • 2 - 4 years within a commercially driven organization, preferably with sales or marketing experience within FMCG, apparel, fashion, shoes or comparable.
    • Cross-functional experience ideally with Customer Service/ Operations/ IT/ Sales/ Finance
    • Previous experience within an IT/service/SAAS environment is an advantage
    • Previous industry experience including sporting goods, fashion, FMCG
