About The Role

• Deliver high level speech pathology clinical services (which may include treatment, examination, investigation, diagnosis and case management) within the multidisciplinary team/s in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.
• Apply professional judgement to a complex geriatric caseload, adapting routine clinical practice based on valid and reliable evidence with infrequent need for direct clinical practice supervision.
• Contribute to the development of clinical practices, procedures and protocols in the clinical area and discipline that support the continuum of care engaging cross-discipline referencing where relevant.
• Develop clinical practice knowledge and expertise through active learning and by engaging in professional development programs and clinical supervision.
