Appropriate qualifications that allow registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa [HPCSA] as Speech Language Therapy & Audiologist.
Current registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa [HPCSA] as Speech Therapist and Audiologist.
Experience for Grade 1: None after registration as Speech Therapist and Audiologist with the HPCSA.
Experience for Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years appropriate / recognisable experience after registration with the HPCSA as Speech Therapist and Audiologist.
Willingness to do after-hour work and be on call including shift work.
Computer literacy including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Virtual meeting platforms literacy
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Render speech language and audiology therapeutic, diagnostic and treatment procedures.
Implement sectional quality assurance as indicated in sectional guidelines Continuous Professional Development as required.
Promote and participate in the multidisciplinary approach.
Give health education and promote speech, language and audiology services
