    Starke Ayres: Administrator - Kempton Park

    Description

    • A role has become available for an Administrator at our Head Office in Kempton Park.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    •  Assisting the Chief Operating Officer, Research Director, Production and Supply Chain Director, Human Resources Business Partner, and the Distribution Manager with their daily tasks by proactively establishing their daily priorities and rendering the necessary support and follow up. 
    •  Travel management through booking of flight tickets, accommodation and car hire for domestic and international travel. Assisting with obtaining the appropriate visas and booking of medicals for international travels.
    •  Maintain and organize and accurate and effective electronic filing system and assist with administrative requests from management.
    •  Take accurate recording of meeting minutes for assigned meetings.
    •  Submission of monthly company credit card reconciliations. 
    •  Receives all incoming calls, deals with them professionally and promptly and ensures that messages are distributed and tended to as speedily as possible.
    •  Assist with the selling of company vehicles.
    •  Processing of supplier invoices to the appropriate cost centres. 
    •  Assist with the compiling of board reports.
    •  Keep a detailed register of pool car usage.
    •  General communication, feedback and follow up
    •  Execution and or prioritizing of instruction from Management.
    •  Overall accuracy of data capturing on various Systems.
    •  Manage general workers and their cleaning schedules.
    •  Management of boardroom and training centre bookings.
    •  Management of floor coordination and catering for boardroom and training centre bookings.
    •  Ensure that the Main Building is appropriately set up for client visits. 
    •  Manage the annual furniture auction for staff.
    •  Order the appropriate stationery for the Main Building.

    Requirements
    REQUIREMENTS:

    •  National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) (Essential). 
    •  2 to 4 years + experience in administrative duties

    •  Agriculture

    •  Mathematical literacy

    Skills:

    •  Computer systems 
    •  Interpersonal skills
    •  Calendar management
    •  Project management
    •  Time management
