Ensure that sales staff provides excellent, professional customer service at all times, ensuring positive shopping experience
Delegating tasks to the Assistant Nursery Supervisor or Sales Assistants as per Management instruction
Ensure that all company procedures are executed in the correct manner by sales staff.
Monitor stock levels daily and reports shortages/requirements to Line Manager.
Provide workers with assistance in performing duties as necessary to meet deadlines.
Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
Identify difficult and complicated sales scenarios and intervenes swiftly.
Execute advertising campaigns and sales promotions, and prepare displays.
Assist in building, lay out, of marketing concepts, oversee the repackaging of promotional material
Co-ordination between buyers both GC's Promos / Activities / Non-Profits on site / Setting up in store
Co-ordinates with Buyers and suppliers seasonal training every Friday 60 minutes for all branch staff chemicals, fertilisers, tools, plants and related items on sale.
