Stock Controller at AECI Limited

Job Description    
SA Premix is looking to recruit a Stock Controller to work in Burgersdorp. Responsible for all activities at the Hand-add preparation area during the shift. Ensuring strict adherence to SHE policies. Ensuring compliance to Quality standards. Maintaining excellent stock management practices.

Duties & Responsibilities    

•  Plan stock takes and cycle counts.
•  Reporting of inventory statistics to Management – stock on hand,
• values by region/depot/agent and inventory days/cover.
•  Processing of stock revaluations for review by buyer.
•  Assist with processing of supplier claims.
•  Review sales back orders on Syspro.
•  Set up and maintain inventory master table policies.
•  Manage consignment depot closure process.
•  Liaison with Logistics Controller to resolve inventory queries.
•  Assist with internal and external audits.
•  Ad hoc tasks as delegated by Management.
•  To comply with all ISO 9002 standards.
•  To comply with all safety regulations of the company.

Qualifications & Experience    

•  Matric / Grade 12.
•  Diploma in Inventory Management will be an advantage.
•  Minimum of 1 year related experience.
•  Computer knowledge of MS Office is a prerequisite.
•  Knowledge of Syspro would be advantageous.
