Company Description
Growing, independent motor vehicle dealership group is looking for a strong Stock Controller (junior accountant), to work as part of the accounting and finance team.

The position will be based in Westonaria and will report to the Head Stock Controller and Financial and Operations manager based at the finance department in Westornaria.

Job Description
             Debtors

•         Costing and invoicing deals (vehicles sold)
•         Ensuring debtors payments are received and updated on the system

             Creditors:

•         Processing invoices
•         Making out order
•         Reconciling creditors accounts at month end

             Stock control

•         Stocking vehicles on system
•         Process costs on vehicles
•         Maintain stock data base

             Floorplans

•         Request vehicles to be added to floorplan
•         Request settlements to be paid
•         Ensure sufficient floorplan facility for buyins
•         Assist with regular floorplan audit
•              Assisting the senior accountant
•              Daily reporting
•              Filing & Adhoc duties

Qualifications

•              Matric
•              Proficient with Automate & CMS (or similar system)
•              2-3 years in Stock Controlling
•              Bookkeeping background advantageous
•              Fluent in both English & Afrikaans
•              Computer literate
•              Own Transport
•              Able to work after hours and weekends when necessary
