Nurture Health is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our rehabilitation hospital team. Reporting to the Nursing Manager, you will ensure the effective management of ward stock through accurate stock control processes, collaboration with clinical teams, and adherence to established systems and standards. Your work will directly support safe, efficient patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Manage ward stock in accordance with Nurture's stock policies, procedures, and automated systems, ensuring accurate stock availability and control.
Collaborate with nursing teams and key stakeholders, communicate stock-related information effectively, and report on daily activities and outcomes.
Represent the hospital professionally when required and actively participate in learning and development initiatives to continuously improve stock management practices.
Requirements
Grade 12 with proven experience in stock control or administrative support within a private healthcare environment using electronic health records.
Strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to plan and adapt daily activities, and DigComp Level 3 digital competence in information management, communication, safety, and problem-solving.
