Store Administrator - REF: STOREADMIN JW384EX/2023 at Johannesburg Water

PURPOSE

• To provide safe and efficient functioning of designated store.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule work through the Operations Manager, allocation of subordinate work, plan efficient use of space in the store, store all inventory and ensure tidiness and safe environment.
• Prepare documents for items returned to store and supplier, record all the transactions on store ledger system, generate daily re-order report, review adequacy of stock level daily.
• Control access to store, control the opening and locking devises, adhere to health and safety act as stipulated by the company such as material Safety Sheet of Chemicals and Safety Act

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Essential qualifications and experience:

• Grade 12 (NQF 4) 2 years stores experience
• 2 years stores experience.
• Knowledge of Basic Occupational Health and Safety in the workplace.
• License Code EB
• Computer literate
