    Co- Ordinator On-Site Service - REF: C-ONSITESERVICES-JW384/2023

    PURPOSE

    Co-ordinate and monitor the activities of on-site contractors and inspectors to ensure effective service delivery in informal sectors with regards to supply and maintenance of water tankers and chemical toilets.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Schedule monthly work plans with Contractors in terms of supply and maintenance of water tankers and chemical toilets / pit latrines.
    • Dispatch daily work orders to subordinates in terms of monthly work plans and deviations thereof, including special functions.
    • Conduct ad-hoc audits to ensure adherence to work plans and quality of work carried out.

    To ensure compliance by Johannesburg Water and its appointed contractors in line with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act 85 of 1993) and its associated regulations and more specifically the Constructions Regulations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Implement, maintain and audit the ISO 45001 system. Lead the risk assessment process at allocated operational sites. Identify procedures and documents required by the system.
