Talent Acquisition Coordinator -REF: TACOORDINATOR JW384EX/2023 at Johannesburg Water

PURPOSE

• To assist in ensuring that Johannesburg Water recruitment process runs smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and publish internal vacancy circulars, prepare external vacancy, and advertise in the relevant newspapers, Johannesburg Water website or social medical platform, upload vacancies on the Johannesburg Water website, liaise with regional HR personnel regarding vacant positions.
• organize induction within the 1st two weeks of every month, ensure that presentation slides comply with corporate identity, organize refreshments and corporate gifts for induction.
• Keep a database of all advertised circulars, compile and update the Tracing Register Weekly, maintain, and update the vacancy turnaround time.
• Serve in OHS & SCM Bid Committees as and when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Essential qualifications and experience:

• National Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or Social Sciences (NQF 6).
• 2 years’ experience in recruitment or general HR.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation including Employment Equity practices.
• Computer literacy.
