• Expert Knowledge of Beauty Products: You should have a strong understanding of a wide range of beauty products. You’ll use your expertise to recommend the perfect items for our customers' unique needs, while staying updated on the latest beauty trends and innovations.
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills: You must be approachable, friendly, and eager to engage with customers. The ability to listen to their needs and provide personalized beauty advice will be key to delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
• Sales Driven & Goal-Oriented: You’ll be confident in promoting products and meeting sales goals, with a knack for upselling in a way that feels natural and beneficial for the customer.

• Be available and flexible to work different shifts and across the store.
