Job Advert Summary

• Rand Water is looking for candidate to assist in stock management as per Rand Water's policies and procedure. In accordance to IFRS/PFMA/OHS Act and other relevant legislation. Supervision of direct reports 

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• Inventory, Warehouse experience (minimum of 5 years experience).
• Microsoft Office experience essential.
• Advanced Excel
• SAP ERP.
• K53 drivers license.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• 4 years experience in a supervisory capacity, in a unionised environment.
• Be able to operate an overhead crane and a forklift (competency certifocates required).

Primary Duties

•   Oversee the supply and distribution of all material.
•  Maintaining accurate records of Inventory material movements.
•  Manage and maintain optimal inventory levels.
•  Creating and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
•  Section management of day to day activities ( Reports, staff briefyng ext)
•  Supervise Subordinate activities
•  Monitor safety of the workplace in compliance with the OHS Act.
•  Completing of timesheets and leave Management Subordinates

•  Computerised material ( SAP )handling environment.
•  Good understanding of the technical aspects of the station
