Job Description
Responsibilities
As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above:
Drive each assignment through to its natural conclusion
Direct the quantitative analysis, assess the depth required for each assignment, translate the analysis into useful findings and quality assure the results
Direct the source and level of data gathering necessary and judge the necessity of client interviews and the strategic content of those interviews
Knowledge of modeling and financial performance
Support clients to implement organisational change through various types of client engagement and use of change management processes
Manage clients’, internal leadership and other relevant stakeholder’s relationships.
Manage work steam risks, governance and project administration (including project profitability, scope and timelines)
Apply logical and creative thinking to drive fact-based insights
Demonstrate strong leadership and influence management skills, including the ability to challenge the status quo
Ability to work independently while simultaneously being able to forge productive team relationships
Build project deliverables in partnership with project leaders and do quality assurance on the junior team members’ deliverables
Maintain an external mind-set, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic / geopolitical trends
Contribute to capability building for the Strategy& function (e.g. Recruiting, Training, Knowledge Management, etc.)
Be involved in the financial management of clients
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
Assist in the management and delivering of large projects

Qualifications
MBA, honours or master’s degree from a leading university (preferred) in Engineering, Commerce, Mathematics and Science
