Role Description
This role represents an excellent opportunity in the Financial Education Sector.
The Administrator must be exceptionally well organized and efficient, and used to dealing with a diverse workload, has strong numeracy and literacy skills and excellent communications skills.
The Student Services Administrator will report to the Head of Sales for Moonstone Business School of Excellence.
Job Specification
As the Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
Customer Service & Student contact
Ensure that all documentations are processed correctly, including following up on outstanding signed SLA's. Always ensure that all SLA’s remain up to date.
To build and maintain good relationships with students, customers and colleagues.
Answer telephonic and electronic requests for sales documentation and information within 24 hours. Follow up on outstanding/incorrect documentation uploaded by students/corporate clients.
Drive and ensure high customer services delivery to students and corporates.
Assist with generating reports for students and corporates.
Maintain a high quality, client satisfaction after sales service.
Provide registered students with the highest level of customer service through effective phone, email and online communication.
Attend to all technical queries which includes but not limited to:
Sales Administration
Answer inbound calls, emails and assist with directing sales calls.
Qualify sales leads and connect them with the correct sales channel.
Assist with providing sales documentation and information.
Assist in the administering of all bulk enrolments.
Ensure attendance of all relevant sales and administration training.
Ensure that all student records are updated on the database.
Ensure that all student queries are answered promptly and that the required follow up is done according to the requirements set to in the SLA.
Assist sales team in meeting daily activity and enrolment targets set by the head of sales.
Minimum Requirements & Skills
Matric (or NQF L4 equivalent)
Any further administration related qualification will be an advantage
At least 1-3 years’ Call Centre Sales admin or other Sales admin experience (inclusive of data capturing)
Any experience in an educational environment entailing one on one interaction will be advantageous
Any experience/knowledge in Higher Education sales or marketing will be advantageous
Any experience/knowledge of Class of Business, Continuous Professional Development training or Short-Courses will be advantageous
Ability to use technology (Excel, Outlook, Web, databases, CRM)
Professional level of verbal and written communication skills
