    Subject Matter Expert

    MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:        

    • The Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for designing learning pathway(s), based on
    • the content they intend to deliver, which follows the most logical, navigable and
    • appropriate method of content delivery.
    • Produce content of the highest calibre, including all notes, assessments and video material.
    • Ensure material is benchmarked and relevant to local and international standards.
    • Deliver content according to timelines specified in SLA agreement (8-12 weeks).

     

    Job REQUIREMENTS:

    • A strong knowledge of the subject matter combined with a broad subject background
    • A bachelor’s degree or higher in the subject matter
    • Three years’ industry experience in the subject matter
