Suggestion Program Co-ordinator at MAHLE

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency of application of the Suggestion Program policy- All procedures and reward system at Site Durban
• Coordinate evaluations by the Central Committee of all large cost savings.
• Make contact with other appropriate organisations to compare and obtain fresh ideas from their SP policies and procedures. 
• Facilitate marketing ideas & Encourage on-going participation and interest in the Suggestion Program
• Assist with SP training of new employees/Managers during induction  
• Prepare monthly/annual reports/graphs showing BZA overview of the SP
• Communicate stats and facilitate idea generation workshops to all tiers of the organozation
• Support and advise the plant suggestion program coordinators and managers

      Your Skills & Strengths

• Have above average numeracy skills
• Have an above average  level of computer literacy skills, particularly Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Proven administrative and organizational experience
